Our work is shaped by place, community, and the people who value traditional craft. From time to time, that story is shared more widely through local newspapers, community features, and industry recognition.

This page brings those moments together. Each piece reflects the growing interest in dry stone walling and the dedication of everyone who has helped build our walls, our courses, and our community.

As new articles, interviews, and acknowledgements come along, we'll add them here - a small record of how the craft continues to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

2026 - Midland Express
The Midland Express recently ran an advertorial about us, exploring what dry stone walling actually is and why these walls have lasted for centuries without a drop of mortar. Jim spoke about how the craft works - stone resting on stone, moving with the land rather than fighting it - and why properly built walls survive floods, fires and time itself. The piece also touched on the work we do today, from heritage repairs to new builds, and the way our courses teach people to rebuild a wall from the ground up. It was a lovely chance to share the craft with more locals.
