Local Government approvals vary depending on the area. Some key principles do, however, apply. We have experience with several different Councils in Tasmania, NSW and Victoria. To ensure you receive suitable guidance, please contactus to discuss your requirements.
Our team includes a PhD Historian qualified to complete Dry Stone Wall Management Plans. Additionally, we have established connections with several firms that specialise in this work. We can provide advisory services and facilitate communication with these firms as needed.
We ask that you prepare your requirements and present them to us in an email. Please include all the information and any attachments that will help us understand your requirements. After reviewing your documentation, we will normally contact you and discuss the requirement and also probably organise a site visit. Once we have a good understanding of what your need is then we can prepare a fixed price written quotation for your approval.

Yes – absolutely. We have worked for many levels of commercial organisations from small subcontractors to large Tier 2 Civil Construction firms and would be happy to provide references if needed.
Normally commercial projects have extensive environmental restrictions and considerations placed on them. We will comply with all these areas. In addition we have zero carbon footprint due to our method of construction so we enhance any environmental submission by the prime contractor.
We quote on a fixed price basis so this means that you can be assured of the cost of our work before signing up. From time to time variations do occur at your request and we will agree on this jointly and in writing before these are commenced.
Yes. We have a number of professionally qualified staff who can do this and present a report to you that can be forwarded to your stakeholders if needed.
We comply to all OH&S requirements for the construction industry. All our staff have appropriate White Cards (undertaken OH&S training) and we implement Safe Working Methods Statement (SWMS) documentation for each job through our electronic job management software system. We also seamlessly integrate into your OH&S system that you use for your projects as you will be the prime.
Yes. We have extensive knowledge and experience in this area and can advise you accordingly. We do not apply for permits or approvals on your behalf but can help you do so.
We are approved service providers for the National Trust and specialize in dry stone walling, particularly its heritage implications. Our services include relocating, reconstructing, repairing, and removing walls within heritage guidelines.
