We understand plans can change, so we've designed our policy to be fair while keeping courses running smoothly:

• More than 14 days before the course start date:

  Cancel with a 50% refund (50% fee applies).

  Cancellations are non-refundable (100% fee applies).

Flexibility option: You may transfer your booking to another available course date (subject to availability).

• The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to low ticket sales or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather).

• In such cases, all payments will be refunded, and participants will be notified.

• Photos, videos, and written feedback from the course may be shared with participants and used in future promotions for Kyneton Dry Stone Walling (KDSW), including on the website, social media, emails, and endorsements.

• If no objection is received, it will be assumed permission is granted.

• The organiser may change the event schedule or instructors at their discretion.

• A safety briefing will be provided at the start of each event.

• Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and taking care to protect themselves and others.

Participants will receive detailed Joining Instructions approximately one week before their course date. These will include arrival times, location details, what to bring, and other important information. To ensure you receive them, please check your inbox and junk or spam folders around that time.

Please bring:

• Study boots (steel-capped preferred)

• Hat, work clothes, and sunscreen

• Personal water bottle (refills and bottled water provided)

• Light rain jacket (if weather requires)
